Job description
American Family Fitness is seeking a Fitness Director to lead and manage all aspects of the club's fitness operations. The role supervises, trains, and evaluates personal trainers and fitness staff, implements guidelines for safe and effective programs, and reports to the General Manager.
The position entails coordinating fitness programming, staff development, assessments, and member retention initiatives while maintaining safety standards and collaborating with other department heads.
