Job description
MV Transportation seeks a Director of Fleet Maintenance to lead maintenance operations for a diverse transit fleet supporting paratransit, fixed-route, shuttle, and student services. This role oversees shop teams, vendor partners, and maintenance programs to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective vehicle performance. The Director will design and enforce preventive maintenance schedules, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement in safety, uptime, and regulatory compliance. Partnering closely with operations leaders, this position helps deliver dependable, customer-focused transportation that connects riders to essential services and opportunities.
