Job description
Hotel Zachary in Chicago is seeking an experienced Director of Restaurant and Event Operations. In this role, you will oversee the hotel’s food and beverage outlets and ensure exceptional service standards. Your responsibilities include managing the lobby bar and banquet operations, creating new menus, and leading a dynamic team.
With over 4 years of relevant experience, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a luxurious boutique hotel that values exceptional guest experiences and offers a fantastic working environment. The salary range is $80,000 – $90,000 per year, with a comprehensive benefits package.
