ARAMARK is seeking a Director of Portfolio Operations to lead performance, quality, and growth across a portfolio of food and facilities accounts. This role oversees multi-site operations, ensuring consistent service excellence, safety, and financial results. Responsibilities include driving operational standards, implementing process improvements, managing budgets and KPIs, and developing high-performing managers. The Director partners with clients to strengthen relationships, supports new business transitions, and champions Aramark’s culture of teamwork, inclusivity, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
