Job description
Lone Star Bakery, INC. is seeking a Director of Quality Assurance to lead the development and management of food safety, quality, and defense programs.
This role partners with senior management to maintain audit-ready standards daily and ensure HACCP compliance with federal and state regulations. Key duties include HACCP oversight, regulatory adherence, training collaboration with plant leadership, environmental testing oversight, and supporting R&D and production in product formulation.
