Job description
Lone Star Bakery, Inc. is seeking a QA Director to lead and implement policies for food safety, quality, and defense.
You will partner with senior management to maintain audit-ready quality and cleanliness standards daily and ensure compliance with HACCP and federal/state regulations. You will drive development of QA programs, manage HACCP, oversee laboratory testing, and coordinate training with plant leadership.
