Johnsonville Sausage, LLC is seeking a Director of Food Safety & Quality to lead and embed robust FSQ programs across US Domestic operations. You will coach teams, translate strategic priorities into tactical plans, and ensure safe, compliant, high-quality products.
The role requires 10+ years in the food industry with 5+ years in people leadership, SAP and data analytics experience, and readiness to travel ~30% to support sites and initiatives.
