Job description
Stop-A-Minit is seeking a Director of Food Service to oversee operations at all locations in Easley, South Carolina. You will lead hiring and training of kitchen staff, ensure ServSafe training and DHEC compliance, and visit stores to monitor food quality, kitchen cleanliness, and consistency.
You will develop guidelines for pre-cooked foods staged in warmers, focus on minimizing waste without running out during peak hours, collaborate with vendors on purchasing, and update menus as needed to
