Job description
ID.me, Mountain View, CA, is hiring a Manager of Forward Deployed Engineering to bridge customers, product, and engineering. You’ll lead a small team of forward deployed engineers embedded with customers, turning real-world integration challenges into actionable input for product and ontology teams.
You’ll manage priorities, mentor engineers, and maintain a backlog aligned with the roadmap, while building trusted customer relationships and representing the voice of the customer internally.
