Role Overview
Our client, a rapidly growing technology company, is seeking a strategic mind to lead financial planning, forecasting, and corporate modeling efforts. You will partner directly with senior leadership and business operators to drive performance, build sophisticated models, and shape the company's long-term vision.
Key Responsibilities
Own the annual budgeting cycle, rolling forecasts, and long-range corporate planning.
Collaborate with department leaders to analyze operational performance and drive measurable results.
Develop KPIs and operational metrics that align finance with cross-functional business goals.
Build sophisticated financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases to support strategic investments.
Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights, preparing polished presentations for the Board and executive team.
Support corporate development activities, including evaluating new strategic initiatives and investment opportunities.
Core Qualifications
7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Investment Banking, or Private Equity.
An Investment Banking or Private Equity background is strongly preferred.
Advanced Excel expertise and elite financial modeling skills are required.
Proven ability to translate complex, large-scale data into clear business insights.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a track record of partnering directly with operators.
Technical systems experience: NetSuite is a plus, Salesforce is strongly preferred, and Snowflake experience is a bonus.
