A growing financial services firm is seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to oversee financial reporting and collaborate with senior leadership. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s in accounting or finance and have FP&A management experience in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with GAAP, guiding financial strategy, and enhancing technology applications in reporting. This is a full-time on-site role based in the U.S. with an annual salary range of $180k-$200k.
