Job description

GOJA is seeking a Director of FP&A to lead corporate budgeting, forecasting, and treasury activities across the company. This role partners with the CFO and Finance for Brands to drive strategic financial alignment across supply chain, technology, marketing, people ops, and merchandising.

The successful candidate will manage the FP&A and Treasury teams, own the corporate financial model, and deliver board/investor reporting while driving efficiency and AI-driven improvements across planning
