Job description
The Legacy Hotel in Medina, OH is seeking a full-time Director of Front Office to lead our front desk team and oversee guest services, with a focus on enhancing revenue and guest satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hotel front desk experience, prior supervisory responsibility, flexible weekends/holidays, a positive service mindset, and Marriott brand/system experience is preferred.
