Job description
Faire is seeking a Strategy & Analytics Director to own Fulfillment, building the data-driven infrastructure for inventory, warehousing, and shipping. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and GTM to define success and surface actionable insights.
You will lead experiments, develop predictive analyses, and shape how retailers and brands optimize GMV and fulfillment costs. The role blends high-impact strategy with hands-on analytics in a hybrid work model.
