Job description
Westchester Children's Association in White Plains seeks a Director of Development & Communications to lead our fundraising, communications, and advocacy work. You will build donor relationships, shape strategy, and ensure programs hit their targets while guiding our Development & Operations associate.
You’ll manage campaigns like our Annual Advocacy Breakfast and biennial Gala, strengthen branding, and expand our community voice across channels and events in a hybrid work model.
