Job description
USA Wrestling, based in Colorado Springs, seeks a Director of Fundraising and Business Development to lead its comprehensive fundraising program and grow donor support. You will build relationships with individuals, foundations, and corporate partners, and collaborate across departments to advance the organization’s mission.
You will manage a four-person team, oversee donor databases and campaigns, and help drive revenue growth while ensuring compliance with laws and organizational policies.
