This Manager is a registered Professional Nurse who is responsible for the management of the Silvercare Department. He/she is responsible for the performance of the employees 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assure optimum patient care and spends 90% of the time in management.
Education Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Associate Degree or higher in Nursing
License, Certifications, etc. Current license as an RN in the State of Georgia
BLS
Experience:
Minimum 5 years nursing leadership experience
Preferred 5 years experience in a psychiatric specialty
