e.l.f. Beauty in New York is seeking a Director of Claims & Clinical Testing to lead the global substantiation program, architect claims governance, and translate scientific outcomes into compliant, consumer-relevant claims across color, skincare, and hair categories.
This role partners with Regulatory, Legal, and Marketing to design and deliver studies from early feasibility through commercialization, ensuring rigorous study design, data integrity, and timely decisions.
