Job description
Advantest America Inc. in Lake Forest, CA, is seeking a Director of Product Support and Field Service to lead worldwide product support and field service teams.
You will ensure warranty and service contract commitments are met, drive reliability initiatives, and manage budgets and subcontractor relationships.
