Lupin is seeking a Director of Tax to establish and execute the tax strategy for its US operations and contribute to global tax planning. You will oversee compliance with domestic and international tax requirements, optimize tax positions, and advise on structuring investments, acquisitions, and licensing transactions.
The role requires deep knowledge of US tax law, CPA credentials, and 10+ years of corporate tax experience, with strong cross-functional collaboration at senior levels.
