Job description
Role summary: Oversee the performance and improvement of Jaindl’s golf and hotel properties, working closely with the existing operator and property managers.
Primary responsibilities:
* Review budgets, financial results and property performance.
* Drive growth in golf, hotel, restaurant and event revenue.
* Monitor guest experience, service standards and property conditions.
* Recommend and coordinate capital improvements.
* Hold regular performance meetings with the operator.
* Report results, concerns and recommendations to Jaindl leadership.
Working relationship: The operator manages daily operations. The director provides ownership oversight, establishes priorities with Jaindl leadership and holds the operator accountable for agreed results.
