Job description
Breakthrough New York seeks a Director of Grants and Communication to lead grant writing, communications, and portfolio management within the Development team. You will collaborate with the Chief Development Officer and Executive Director to secure multi-year institutional funding and advance Breakthrough New York’s mission.
You will craft proposals, manage donor communications, and oversee reporting while guiding a small team.
