Job description
Engine is seeking a Director of Client Ops, Group Reservations to lead Groups Contracts and Groups Bookings, owning end-to-end travel support and process improvement. You’ll be hands-on, comfortable in detail, and capable of elevating customer experiences through proactive leadership and systematized workflows.
