Job description
Fanatics is seeking a Director of Acquisition to lead data-driven growth across a major sports and gaming app. You will design and execute programs that drive new customer acquisition, ROI, and funnel optimization, partnering with CRM, Media, Promotions, Analytics and Product teams.
This high-visibility role shapes strategy from awareness through day 14 and beyond, influencing NGR, LTV, and payback. You’ll manage large-scale programs, test-and-learn experiments, and report progress to executives
