Job description
TuneCore, a Believe company, is seeking a strategic Director of Growth in New York's Dumbo/Brooklyn hybrid setup. You will lead growth across paid media, SEO, CRM, and lifecycle programs to attract artists, boost engagement, and increase lifetime value.
You'll build and guide a high-performing Growth org, align cross-functional partners, manage agency relationships, and translate insights into scalable initiatives that drive revenue and artist success.
