Job description
Wright Family Law Group in Massachusetts is seeking a Director of Business Development to own how we show up in communities and drive referrals. This is a relationship role—spend your week in rooms with realtors, advisers, and other professionals, building trust that leads to client referrals.
You will also drive Morticia, our 1970 Cadillac hearse, to events to be the brand face. The right candidate is genuinely good with people and values follow-through.
