Job description
Franciscan Ministries seeks a Director of Sales & Marketing - Expansion to drive occupancy, pre‑sales, and marketing for the multi‑million dollar expansion at Franciscan Village. You will oversee entrance‑fee IL homes, rental options, and a strategic transition from rental to Life Plan senior living.
You will design a multi‑channel framework, align sales messaging with ministry standards, and partner with Marketing to generate a steady pipeline of qualified leads with strong ROI across campaigns.
