Job description
UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Director of Business Development to lead the agencies in achieving revenue, census, and start-of-care goals. You will drive the Sales and Marketing plan, build relationships with referral sources, and support overall organizational growth.
The role requires directing a sales team, coaching to overcome objections, and maintaining knowledge of community resources to educate the sales team and promote hospice philosophy across the community.
