Job description
The Lodge of Northbrook is a nonprofit senior living community seeking a Director of Sales & Marketing to lead occupancy growth and raise awareness in the North Shore. This leadership role focuses on relationship building, guiding residents through the sales process, and developing both sales and marketing strategies.
This position offers a base salary of $85,000 plus a highly competitive commission structure and additional bonus opportunities tied to occupancy and performance goals.
