Tampa, FL Growth Full-Time Hybrid Preferred
We're looking for a Director of Growth to own how HAEVN builds and activates city-level networks.
This is not just performance marketing. This is about building density, momentum, and trust in a new type of system.

HAEVN is city-based. Growth is not just about volume. It's about concentration and timing. This role is responsible for making that work.
Responsibilities
Own user acquisition and activation strategy across cities
Design and execute city launch strategies (Pre-Launch → Open → Activate)
Manage paid channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, CTV)
Build and run influencer and local partnership programs
Optimize conversion from survey completion to membership
Analyze growth performance and continuously refine strategy
Collaborate with product on onboarding and activation loops
What We're Looking For
7–10+ years in growth or consumer marketing
Experience scaling user acquisition in a consumer product
Strong understanding of paid channels and conversion funnels
Experience with marketplace or network-based products is a plus
Analytical mindset with strong execution ability

Compensation
$180,000 – $220,000 base + performance bonus + equity
