Job description
Basis is hiring a Director of GTM Enablement in NYC to own how Basis sellers ramp, sell, and improve. You will establish the enablement strategy, define onboarding programs, and build a scalable coaching layer with playbooks.
You will work closely with sales leadership and scale the enablement team as the company grows. You will codify best practices from discovery to objections, and own tooling such as enablement platforms and content libraries.
