Job description
Basis is seeking a Director of GTM Enablement to own how every Basis seller ramps, sells, and improves. You will set the strategy, own the ramp system, coaching layer, and playbook, and build the tooling and content stack to scale with revenue objectives.
You will report to the Head of GTM AI Ops, collaborate with sales leadership, and build an enablement team as Basis scales in NYC. This role emphasizes measuring ramp time, win rates, and rep productivity to prove impact.
