Job description
Quantum Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking a Full-Time Director of Guest Relations to lead upscale guest service experiences and guide a Guest Relations team. You will analyze feedback and drive initiatives to improve overall ratings, while greeting residents and visitors and informing them about amenities.
The ideal candidate will be customer service-oriented and will oversee Guest Relations Associates to maintain high standards of hospitality and service quality.
