Job description
Medix is seeking a Director of Operations for Health & Welfare Benefits in Los Angeles, CA. Hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) and a base salary of $125,000–$150,000 plus comprehensive benefits.
The role leads day-to-day administration of the benefits plan, driving operational excellence across member and employer services, IT systems, compliance, and vendor management. You will collaborate with executives, vendors, and the Board of Trustees to optimize participant experience.
