Job description
Sunrise Community, Inc. in Florida seeks a dedicated Nursing Supervisor to oversee medical services for individuals with developmental disabilities. You will coordinate health plans, supervise nursing staff, and ensure quality care across disciplines.
You will lead a collaborative team, ensure accurate documentation, and advocate for residents' rights within the Nurse Practice Act. Prior IDD experience is preferred, with a strong clinical background and mentoring skills.
