Base pay range
$90,000.00/yr - $112,000.00/yr
Additional compensation types

An established Assisted Living and Memory Care community in New Ulm, MN is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Director of Health Services to lead its health services team and make a lasting impact on the lives of residents.

Your Role & Responsibilities:
Oversee all health services and care planning for residents in both Assisted Living and Memory Care.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Lead and mentor nursing staff, fostering a culture of compassion and excellence.
Promote a high standard of resident-centered care and customer service.
Play a vital role in enhancing resident satisfaction and health outcomes.

Qualifications:
Current Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
Proven leadership and team-building skills.
Must be 21 years or older .
Previous experience in senior living or long-term care settings preferred.
