Job description
Avamere at Englewood Heights in Yakima, WA is seeking a Director of Health Services (DHS)/Registered Nurse for a full-time, salaried role with a wage of $105k–$131k. You will lead health services for residents in assisted living, memory care, and related settings, ensuring quality, safety and regulatory compliance.
You will mentor the health services team, coordinate care with physicians and families, maintain nursing documentation, and drive continuous improvement in resident outcomes.
