Job description
LakeHouse Kalamazoo is seeking a Director of Health & Wellness to oversee clinical and care services for our senior living community. You will lead a team of licensed nurses, care managers, and support staff to ensure residents receive exceptional care in accordance with state and federal standards.
The role requires RN or LPN licensure, strong leadership, and on-call/MOD coverage. You will collaborate with physicians and department heads to maintain high-quality outcomes and resident wellbeing
