Job description

Encompass Health seeks a seasoned Business Development Director to lead inpatient and outpatient growth in IRF/LTCH settings. You will design and implement referral programs, drive census growth, and mentor a high-energy BD team focused on patient safety and care excellence.

Collaborate with hospital leadership to identify new opportunities, manage marketing operations, admissions, and reimbursement, while reporting to senior management.
