Job description
Mercy Health Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a Director of Business Development to lead strategic marketing, admissions growth, and referral development efforts for the facility. This leader will direct the Clinical Liaison and Admissions teams and develop data-driven business plans to increase patient census and expand market presence.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a clinical discipline (MBA preferred) and a minimum of five years in healthcare management.
