Job description
Coastal Care Management is seeking a Director of Marketing in New Jersey to drive business development, lead generation, and strategic marketing for our facility. You will partner with the Administrator to engage referral sources, increase census, and grow revenue while building a strong community brand.
The role requires building relationships with hospitals, physicians, and social workers, overseeing marketing collateral, and ensuring HIPAA compliance in all activities.
