Job description
Marshall University seeks a Director of HERD Cares to deliver mental health and sport psychology services to student-athletes. The role coordinates daily HERD Cares programming and supports well-being and performance through confidential clinical services, crisis support, and education.
The position requires a Master’s degree or higher in a mental health field, WV licensure eligibility, and experience in collegiate athletics or high-performance settings.
