Job description
Duly Health and Care is seeking a Director of High Acuity Care to provide strategic leadership over Care Ally, Shared Decision Making, and High Intensity Care programs across clinics. This role partners with clinic managers and senior clinical leaders to standardize workflows, scale capacity, and drive improvements in outcomes and cost of care.
The ideal candidate will lead program development, staffing strategies, and KPI monitoring, ensuring compliant, high-quality care.
