Job description
The Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden is seeking a Director of Horticulture to lead daily care, maintenance, and presentation of our gardens. You will guide horticulture managers, manage budgets, schedules, and resources, and coordinate exhibitions and events across the grounds.
This senior, hands-on role requires a passion for high-quality garden care, collaboration with other departments, and the ability to work in varying weather.
