Job description
HCA Healthcare seeks a senior program manager to lead program management and operations across Hospital Based Services. The role owns standardized program implementation and the rollout of new initiatives.
You will direct activities, develop manuals, onboard new employees, manage the IHBS portfolio, and coordinate with executives to report on performance and drive growth. Travel among West Palm Beach area hospitals is expected.
