Job description
Level99 Paramus is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee daily operations of our 40,000-square-foot venue and full-service bar, delivering a best-in-class guest experience for nearly 300,000 visitors per year.
You will lead a 100+ person team, drive financial results, schedule, inventory, and vendor relations while upholding Level99 standards across beverage, entertainment, and events. This role demands strategic leadership, hands-on involvement, and a passion for hospitality.
