Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Director of Luxury Hotel Operations to oversee the strategic and day-to-day management of our prestigious hotel. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for upholding our brand's reputation for unparalleled luxury, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and driving operational excellence across all departments.
Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and direction to all operational departments, including guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage, front desk, and facilities management.
Set and uphold the highest standards of luxury hospitality, ensuring that every aspect of the guest experience reflects our commitment to excellence, personalization, and attention to detail.
Develop and implement comprehensive operational plans and initiatives to optimize efficiency, elevate service standards, and maximize revenue opportunities.
Recruit, train, and empower a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management, to achieve profitability targets and enhance the hotel's financial health.
Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and safety throughout the hotel, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth, enhance brand visibility, and attract high-end clientele.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, implementing innovative solutions to enhance guest experiences and operational efficiency.
Serve as a brand ambassador, building relationships with guests, partners, and stakeholders to drive loyalty, advocacy, and revenue growth.
Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of hotel operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in luxury hotel operations, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
Deep understanding of luxury hospitality standards, trends, and customer preferences, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Strong leadership abilities, with excellent strategic, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in hotel management systems, financial analysis, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Entrepreneurial mindset, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and driving innovation.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
