Job description
Hard Rock International in Bristol, VA seeks a Director of Hotel Operations to lead Front Desk, Bell Services, VIP Check-in, Housekeeping, Rock Shops, Group Sales and Spa, under the VP of Non-Gaming Operations. You will drive guest and team member satisfaction while safeguarding financial performance.
The role requires at least five years in a 4‑Diamond casino/hospitality setting in a management capacity and a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
