Job description
Doubletree by Hilton Newark Penn-Station is seeking a Director of Housekeeping to lead the department in a busy downtown hotel, drive quality standards, profitability and guest satisfaction, and collaborate closely with front office. The role reports directly to the General Manager.
You will oversee staffing, budgeting and systems, ensure brand adherence, and foster a positive team environment while balancing labor costs and guest expectations.
