Mutual Housing California is seeking a Director of Housing Finance to lead development financing across the portfolio, reporting to the VP of Real Estate. The role drives feasibility, compliance, and funding for projects from acquisition and construction to stabilization, while coordinating with related departments and external partners.
The ideal candidate brings 7–10 years in housing development, strong financial analysis skills in Excel, and proven ability to lead diverse teams.
